The World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest, sponsored by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association includes all dairy products.
Over 96 classes are judged; cheese, butter, yogurt, ice cream, gelato, cottage cheese, fluid milk, dry milk, whipping cream, sour cream, and whey processors have a unique opportunity to compete in a prestigious, international all-dairy contest. The winning companies are afforded the opportunity to promote and market their products as “the best of the best”.
